Frequently Asked Questions
We know financial planning can feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to have questions before getting started. To make things easier, we’ve gathered answers to the questions we hear most often. Our goal is to provide clarity up front, so you feel confident about your next steps.
What makes George Wealth Management different from other advisors?
A: We believe financial conversations should be clear, natural, and pressure-free. Our planning starts with three key questions: Am I using my money wisely? Is my money positioned correctly? Can I make work optional? Every relationship begins by answering those together.
Do you offer a complimentary consultation?
A: Yes. Our first step is always an introductory conversation to understand your goals and concerns. This allows both of us to see if working together makes sense.
What services do you provide?
A: We offer comprehensive planning, including retirement income strategies, investment management, tax planning, college funding, and estate planning document preparation.
What is the Employee Financial Wellness Program?
A: It’s a benefit employers can offer their teams. Employees connect their accounts to an app for real-time guidance, while we provide support on retirement, tax strategies, and estate planning. Employers often offset program costs when we serve as broker of record on their retirement plan.
Do you offer estate planning services?
A: Yes. We use Wealth.com, a secure estate planning tool, to help clients create, update, and manage essential documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. This allows us to guide the process efficiently while keeping everything organized and accessible.
WHO WE WORK WITH?
Our clients are typically:
High-income executives with equity compensation, bonuses, or deferred income
Small business owners balancing growth, taxes, and long-term planning
Professionals seeking coordination across investments, taxes, and estate planning
People who value clear thinking over sales-driven advice
If your financial life feels complicated — or fragmented — you’re not alone.
Our Approach?
We don’t start with products or predictions.
We start by understanding your priorities, your concerns, and the decisions in front of you.
Our role is to:
Clarify trade-offs before decisions are made
Identify blind spots common among high earners
Coordinate planning across investments, taxes, and estate considerations
Support confident decision-making as your life and business evolve
This is financial planning designed to help you think clearly — not react quickly.
Do You Provide Tax Planning?
A: Absolutely. We use Holistiplans, an advanced tax analysis tool, to identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiency. It allows us to model different scenarios and design strategies that align with your broader financial plan.
Do You Prepare Tax Returns?
A: No, we don’t file tax returns. Instead, we work alongside your CPA or tax professional, sharing strategies and analysis from Holistiplans so your tax and financial plans work together.
Fees and Transparency?
A: We believe in full transparency. You’ll find all of our fees listed on our Price Transparency page.
Do you work on commission?
A: We primarily operate on a fee basis. In some cases, such as retirement plans, there may be associated commissions. All fees and compensation are disclosed on our transparency page.
